Eisner Law, APC (“we,” “our,” or "the firm") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our website, use our contact or case-screener forms, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your case or inquiry. We may also collect technical information such as your browser type and IP address to help protect the site and improve your experience.
How we use your information

- To send you information you have requested, including SMS updates if you have expressly opted in.

SMS consent
If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you are expressly consenting to receive customer care SMS communications from Eisner Law. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To opt-out, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Our AI tools
This website offers two AI-assisted features: the “Ask the Attorney” question tool and the case screener. When you use either feature, the text you enter — along with the name, email, and clinic information you choose to provide — is transmitted over an encrypted connection to a third-party AI provider that generates the response on our behalf. Your submissions are not used to train AI models, and the AI provider is not permitted to use them for its own purposes.
Please do not enter patient names, dates of birth, chart or record numbers, or other identifying medical information into the AI question tool. Keep those questions general.
Do not upload or paste medical records, imaging, or other patient files into any form on this website. If we need records to evaluate a matter, we will arrange a secure method with you directly.
The patient-referral form for chiropractors is separate. Referrals are delivered directly to Alexander and are not processed by any AI feature.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Submissions from the case screener, the AI question tool, and the patient-referral form are stored in our access-controlled database and emailed to Alexander. Only Alexander and authorized firm personnel can access them.
Inquiries that do not become client matters are retained for up to twenty-four months and then deleted. Information relating to matters we are retained on is kept in accordance with our professional record-retention obligations.
You may request a copy or the deletion of anything you submitted by emailing alexander@eisnerlawapc.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will confirm receipt and act on the request within thirty days, unless the law requires us to retain the information.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our website or communicating with you, and when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
